Notes:
Ensuring the collar fits properly is essential to prevent skin irritation. It should be snug but loose enough to allow one finger between the strap and your pet’s neck. Always use the conductive silicone set to protect the skin without affecting the shock function. Avoid leaving the collar on for more than 18 hours daily and reposition it every 1 to 2 hours if possible. Use the shock mode only in emergencies, starting at Level 1 and increasing gradually if needed. If the collar is too long, trim the excess and carefully seal the edge with a lighter to prevent fraying. For dogs with thick neck hair, longer screw caps are recommended. Note that the collar cannot receive signals while charging.
