  • What payment methods do you accept?


We accept most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payments from sources such as PayPal, ApplePay, etc. See a full list of payment methods on our site. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

  • Which currency will I be charged in?


All our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

  • Will my order be secure?


Yes, 100% secure. Your credit card information is not, nor will it ever be, stored on our servers. When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where the transaction is authorized and approved.


  • When will my order ship?


All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For more shipping info, refer to our Shipping Policies link on our site.

  • Can I cancel my order?


Please e-mail mygiftingtreeboutique@gmail.com if you’d like to cancel your order. Please keep in mind that we try to ship out packages as quickly as possible, so requests for cancellations should be sent as soon as possible. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

 

  • Can I change an order that has already been placed?


Unfortunately, due to our current order fulfillment system, you are unable to edit your order once it has been placed. If you would like to make a change to your shipping address or contact information, please e-mail mygiftingtreeboutique@gmail BEFORE the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

  • What do I do if I do not receive my order, or my order has been damaged?


For all inquiries regarding missing or damaged merchandise, please email mygiftingtreeboutique@gmail as soon as possible. We will promptly and properly assist you, upon receiving your email.

  • Why haven't I received a confirmation email?


Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after you place your order. If you did not receive one, please contact us. We could very well, have your email address entered incorrectly. We can change your information and have your confirmation email sent to the correct email address.
